Die Ware kam segr schnell und war gut verpackt. Die Qualität ist 1A, geshacklich top, nur empfehlenswert.

Sehr schnell geliefert ... auch vor Weihnachten, Die Qualität der Ware ist sehr gut, wie auch der Geschmack. Es ist nicht der günstigste Anbieter, aber bestimmt einer der zuverlässigsten. Gerne bestelle ich hier wieder !

Top Qualität

Eine tolle Qualität, habe sie sich verschenkt und die Beschenkte hat gesagt sie hätte noch nie so große und schöne Morcheln gehabt. Die Morcheln haben eine super Qualität, wenig Sand und waren toll zu verarbeiten. Die Sauce sieht nicht spektakulär aus war aber ein Gedicht.

- Rezept? Morcheln 1 h in Portweinwasser einlegen, waschen, abtropfen klein schneiden. Rote Zwiebel und Morcheln in einem guten Stück Butter anbraten mit Portwein ablöschen, kräftig einreduzieren mit Sahne ablöschen und nochmal einkochen, Salz, Pfeffer
Für die 25 g Morcheln habe ich ca 1/4 Portwein und 1 1/2 Sahne benutzt
