- Chop onions, garlic and broccoli. Squeeze lemon.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and garlic and sauté briefly.
- Add broccoli and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- Deglaze with water and bring to the boil briefly.
- Puree onions, garlic, broccoli and water.
- Add lemon juice and nettle seeds and mix well.
Tip: Briefly roast your nettle seeds in a dry pan over a low heat. This means the seeds taste even nuttier and add even more flavor to your favorite dishes.
